2010 S.T. - Super Tuscan, $38 (wine club, $34.20)
This wine has plush mouth-feel with aromas of wet cedar bark and vine clippings, cherries, perfume and leather. That great sangiovese acidity snaps at the finish, making your mouth water.
2009 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, SOLD OUT $39 (wine club, $35.10)
Bright and Bold. Strawberries, raspberries, currants, cassis, Kirsch and a pinch of violet and lilac flowers precede nicely rounded, big-boy tannins. This wine is poised to age gracefully.
2008 Estate "Hill Block" Cabernet Sauvignon, SOLD OUT $53 (wine club, $47.70)
Hill Block is the youngest of our Cab plantings (1998) and is 3.4 acres on the side of the bench of our vineyard. Old world style with full tannins and a long finish. Yields have been 2.8 tons per acre
2008 Estate "Plateau Block" Cabernet Sauvignon, $55 (wine club, $49.50)
Plateau Block is 3.8 acres, and was planted in 1996. Perfumed and plummy, the structure is firm but not too drying. Average yield has been 2.9 tons per acre.
2008 Estate "Old Block" Cabernet Sauvignon, SOLD OUT $57 (wine club, $51.30)
The Old Block was part of the original planting of Seven Hills dating back to 1981, and averages a tiny 2.6 tons per acre. Earthy with bursts of apricot, currents, raspberries, with smooth tannins.

This wine offers a big, bold nose with berries, cherries, a hint of smoke and orange peel. Good acidity makes this a great food wine, and the firm backbone will allow it to age well.

Elegant and perfumed, this wine has a sleek mouthfeel, with aromas of spice and blackberry. The palate is meaty, with hints of spice and rhubarb, bing cherry and smoke.

2009 Petit Verdot, $38 (wine club $32.30)
A substantial 100% varietal, pounding out meat, molasses and white pepper, with secondary strawberry, cumin and peach notes. Dark but not brooding- like crushed velvet. Wine geeks will swoon.
2012 Torrontes - $19 (wine club, $17.10) A lovely, drinkable white wine with aromas of mead, lemon and pineapple. Ashley makes this wine in Mendoza, Argentina.
2010 Deep River Red, $29 (wine club, $26.10). Big and approachable nose. Strawberry, marion-berry, licorice, leather, black pepper dust, cognac and grilled steak fill up the palate.

2010 Cutthroat Red Blend, SOLD OUT $35 (wine club, 31.50)
Spice rack galore on the nose - like walking through a Moroccan Bazaar. Turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg and black pepper. The palate shows plum, chewy blueberry marmalade and brambleberry fruit with more spice. Rounded tannins and a velvet finish.

2010 Brook Blend, $35 (wine club, $31.50) A blend of cab and malbec, with a splash of petit verdot, this wine has aromas of fig, berries and roses, giving way to a palate of bramble fruits and an earthy, lingering finish. This wine is always a big, hefty wine that ages well.
